Your name, contact details, and full medical history are never stored. We process what you tell us in memory to build your report, then it's gone from our side — not written to any database, not kept in any form that identifies you.

If you want a more precise report without handing over your raw records: run your medical history through your own AI assistant first, strip your name out, and boil it down to what actually changes the numbers (an age bracket is enough; gender only matters where it's clinically relevant, like IVF). Give us that clean summary instead.

Your report and verification sidecar files — 7 days. The download links we send expire after 7 days, and the files themselves are deleted from our storage at the same time. Download and save your own copy if you want to keep it — after 7 days, you'd need to generate a fresh report.

An anonymized compliance log — 365 days. A one-way session hash, timestamp, which tool ran, your general origin country, and city tier — never your diagnosis, name, or contact details. Retained for legal compliance under India's DPDP Act and consistent with GDPR data-minimization principles.

Your payment record — held by our payment provider, not by us. Processing your purchase is handled by a third-party payment provider under their own terms and retention policy, the same as any ordinary online purchase. We don't separately store your payment details.

What you type — not retained by our AI language-model processing service. Building your report means sending what you type to a third-party AI language-model processing service. Our account is on Zero Data Retention with them, confirmed 2026-08-25 — they do not retain what you type beyond the single API call needed to generate your report, and never use it to train their models. This still passes through a third party to build your report, but nothing of yours is kept there afterward.

Three different things, three different rules:

• Your medical situation → never stored, gone after your report is built.
• Your report files → stored 7 days, then deleted.
• Your purchase → handled and retained by our payment provider, not us.
