TreatmentBrief

Terms of Service

What TreatmentBrief is

TreatmentBrief is a research-assist tool. It exists to narrow down the technical overload someone faces when researching travel, accommodation, and services connected to receiving treatment abroad — cost ranges, visa and logistics facts, hospital accreditation information, and similar. We act only on the query you supply, and generate a report cross-checked against our own research, sourced honestly, and formatted for easy reading — nothing more.

What TreatmentBrief is not

Past that point, we stop. We do not recommend a specific hospital, doctor, clinic, agent, or service provider. We do not recommend a specific procedure, or advise whether you should have one. TreatmentBrief is not medical, legal, immigration, or financial advice, and it is not a booking or facilitation service — we don't practice medicine, hold a travel-facilitator license, or arrange any part of your trip. Nothing here replaces a licensed doctor, lawyer, or financial advisor in your home country or in India.

How a report is built, and what you're expected to do with it

Every report is generated fresh from your query, checked against available sourcing at the time it's built, and presented plainly rather than dressed up as more certain than it is. Every report also includes verification prompts — a specific set of questions and checks for the claims that matter most to your decision, so you can independently confirm them yourself rather than take our word for it. Using this service means you understand the report is a starting point for your own research and your own professional's advice, not a finished, independently verified answer, and that you're responsible for checking anything you plan to act on.

Payment and your right to cancel

The free preview is generated before any payment. Unlocking the full report is a one-time purchase, processed by a third-party payment provider under their own terms. Digital content purchases in the UK normally come with a 14-day right to cancel — by ticking the box at the unlock step and choosing instant access, you're asking for delivery to begin immediately and knowingly giving up that 14-day right for this purchase, as UK law allows when that choice is made clearly and explicitly. If you haven't made that choice, don't proceed with payment.

Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, TreatmentBrief and its operator are not liable for decisions made, money spent, or outcomes experienced as a result of using a report — the report is a research aid, and acting on it, or not, is entirely your own decision. This does not limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the law of the country where you're purchasing from.
